Hi!!! My name is Shelby Allen and I am a licensed Advanced Manicurist located in Mentor Ohio. I have been doing nails for almost 8 years and have had nails myself for over 10 years. My goal is to educate on both the science and aesthetics behind manicuring as well as making my clients nail dreams come true!
CANCELLATION POLICY
All services require a 30% non-refundable deposit in order to book that will go towards your service total at the time of your appointment. All cancellations must be at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service will loose their 30% deposit. No call no shows will be charged an additional 20%, totaling half of the booked service total.
