CANCELLATION POLICY

All services require a 30% non-refundable deposit in order to book that will go towards your service total at the time of your appointment. All cancellations must be at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service will lose their 30% deposit. No call no shows will be charged 50% of the booked service total. Late arrivals may be subject to a cancelled appt. and/or late cancellation fee beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled appt. time. I do not allow extra guests! I do not have adequate seating for more than one person in my suite. If you have a back to back appt. with someone or of there is another reason you might need to bring someone else to your appt. please message me first. This is simply my preference so I can better service you one on one.
